I was present when James entered the shop, helped himself to coffee without asking or being offered (I appreciate we’ve all been raised differently!) .. jumped the queue .. before announcing ‘the last barber messed my haircut up and I would like mine washing now’ .. I was in the seat near the window and I looked at the owner with an expression of ‘what the ***‘ absolutely amazed at his rudeness. Still.. they all treated him with respect. We initially completed a one to one hypnobirthing course with Katie initially which was so informative and really helped us to prepare for the birth of our son. Katie was incredibly approachable and we felt we could ask her anything we were concerned about. She was also really flexible with dates and times to make sure it worked for us. We proceeded to have an additional one to one antenatal session where we could pick specific topics to cover to suit us. Katie really does provide all encompassing support which continued after the formal classes in particular helping us navigate our birth options with the NHS which is a minefield!
