Wheelchair accessible path from the cafe to 'Roscoe's roundabout'. A few non wheel friendly paths criss crossing too. Popular for dog walking.”

Golf at Mottram Hall
● Closed“Played Mottram Hall today and felt compelled to leave a good review. The course was awesome. Nice wide fairways with plenty of features and character. Interesting greens with tricky pin placements and lots of bunkers to catch you out. The course was in really good condition. I have played a few courses in the area and so far Mottram is my favourite. And it’s long, so plenty of opportunities to use the driver and fairway woods. We paid £25 each for a twilight round mid-week which is an absolute bargain.”

Penny Lawson Counselling MBACP
● Closed“I had phone counselling with Penny and even so, it felt as if she was with me during the sessions. Amazing empathy and skills, I felt understood, supported, helped to get out of the black hole the world put me in. I think one of the things that makes Penny so special is that she's in it with the heart and soul so when you share with her something is like you feel she gets it. I am so grateful I found her. Thank you Penny.”

Carrington Grill
● OpenMottram Saint Andrew, Macclesfield SK10 4QT, United Kingdom““Utterly Gorgeous” - great menu, strong flavours presented with exquisite perfection. We take of our hats to a great young waitress “Alysson” who was really on the ball, eyes everywhere, ready to pre-empt the needs of her diners! We were very impressed. Pity the managers present didn’t show the same attention to their guests & were noticeably absent for most of the evening until a special guest arrived & they both showed keeness to impress. Sad that they might have been trying to impress the wrong guest!! The duck was lovely, the plaice was minimalistic at best and though tasty failed to satisfy. It was good to visit a restaurant experienced in the handling & drinking of champagne. Their prices were not extortionate & it was good to be served the bubbles into champagne flutes. Note to management: champagne pours better into chilled glasses...ours were hot-to-touch!!”
