“I was recommended Chris Bramah (Extra Mile Health) by my running coach. Prior to Chris’s treatment I had suffered constantly with hypermobility syndrome. This was made worse by running - which I loved. I was in constant pain every day and found day to day tasks challenging. I went to Chris as a last resort, in the hope that I could live relatively pain free. What I did not expect was that after a few months of treatment/working alongside Chris in the gym, I would to be back running and running better than before! One of the qualities of Chris that sets him above any physiotherapists I have previously seen is his ability to solve extremely complex injuries. He puts it into terms that are easy to understand, and he will take you through the biomechanics. It’s clear that Chris is passionate about his job and cares about the individuals he treats. I attend appointments with Chris regularly. This can be a mixture of treatment or gym work, all of which have been valuable in keeping me pain free. I have had a personalised strength and conditioning plan put together ensuring I’m keeping my body strong. I always look forward to my appointments with Chris as it’s an opportunity to learn, improve and adapt.”

I was in a really low place having experienced a lot of trauma following domestic abuse, betrayal and an awful divorce process and I’m so glad my work referred me to Greg. The work that we have done have helped pull me out of despair and to reframe some of the issues I was struggling with. “So it has now been over a year that I have been taking my dog to Barkside twice weekly. And I can report that they remain firmly in my mind as the most fantastic doggy daycare I have EVER come across. Each member of staff is absolutely lovely. And you can tell loves dogs and cares for them as if they were their own. The place is immaculate. And my dog is always daisy fresh and happy when I pick him up at the end of the day. In fact in the winter he often doesn't want to leave as they have heat lamps keeping him lovely and toasty. Lol. I literally couldn't recommend this place more highly.”
