“Firstly I think it’s important to note this is a cafe that is connected to a family support centre and counselling service. It’s cheap and it is supposed to be somewhere accessible for people who access the services next door, as well as for anybody who uses the park. I actually came here not because of this but because I had attended a baby class in the adjoining room, so my friend and I had coffee and cake here. It’s a great little place, so cheap and the staff are friendly too. There’s a seating area outside as well for warmer days. It’s a lovely little cafe if you’ve had a walk in the park or want to meet a friend with your little ones. They also offer a range of food and I’ve-cream in summer, but we always went primarily for coffee and cake, both of which were always spot on. We used to go here every week after baby classes, and will continue to do so after Covid. This cafe definitely deserves our support so that it stays open in the future.”

“Me and my partner and my son and his girlfriend and niece and mother in law had a lovely meal as a family in our favourite restaurant doubletree, the guy’s who work there were wonderful as they always are, lovely food and would highly recommend this restaurant.”

“Always fresh and piping hot most delicious cheesy pizza. Had the lunch time deal with potato wedges and other dinner items from the menu and never disappointed. Highly recommended.”

“Highly commended on all fronts. A really nicely presented shop with a small seating area, really lovely and helpful staff. And the food was all excellent. We tried some goat curry, the chicken, a dumpling, rice with peas and a lovely fresh salad. All really tasty and fresh. Sorry, no pictures this time but we will definitely be back!”

“By chance I discovered this recently opened little gem of a cafe in Hale Village adjacent to the railway station. This cafe is on the second floor above an art gallery and is immaculately clean and simply but tastefully decorated. Very polite and attentive staff with a good selection of nicely cooked food and drinks at very reasonable prices. It is an ideal location to relax and meet your friends for a coffee or a light meal throughout the day.”

“Wonderful restaurant, staff are so lovely and the menu is great. I was very impressed with the amount of vegan and vegetarian options. It’s is one of the few restaurants in Altrincham with a separate (extensive) vegan menu. Food was absolutely delicious! Will definitely be returning.”

“I have to say I love this place, from the AMAZING banana bread to the healthy feel good juices! Also if your lucky enough to qualify for the delivery service they couldn't be more helpful, I called up the other night at 10pm to leave a voicemail to ask for a change to my delivery & Chris answered, I had to go away early the next morning so he said he would try his best to get them to me before I left & he did! “So happy to have found this place; twice I’ve had fish & chips from there now and it is the best fish & chips I’ve ever had. Usually when ordering fish & chips from places, I will eat the fish and a few of the chips and bin the rest. On both occasions, I have actually enjoyed eating the chips as well as the fish, as the chips in this place are perfection itself! The fish is freshly cooked to order and they don’t hang around, they’re ‘on it’ as soon as you’ve placed your order. Cannot recommend this place highly enough.”
