“The reason for many a happy Sunday night! The Wok Inn is one of the best Chinese takeaways in the local area in my personal opinion. I have been ordering from here for easily a decade now and I have never been disappointed. The lady behind the counter is lovely and never hesitates to add in very generous extras for paying over certain prices. The food always tastes excellent and from what I can see the kitchen looks professional and very clean. Ordering is easy and quick and thr food is always ready upon arrival. Definitely worth a go if you happen to be in the local area.”

“This is a takeaway that I consistently return to. Staff are friendly, albeit incredibly busy!! This is a testament to how good the food is though, lots of orders coming through from returning customers. The menu is extensive enough and caters for most palettes, they do a baked beans pizza! People usually go ‘ewww’ when I tell them but it’s the thing I order the most from here, consistently good! (1 of your 5 a day ha!) It has an open kitchen and a 5 star hygiene rating. Delivery is within the hour even at peak times, drivers are friendly and polite. I collect a lot from here and orders are usually ready within 20 minutes.”

“It’s pricier than places like itsu for sushi but it’s loads better. Best meal is the chicken curry, they heat it for you and it’s the best meal you can buy for lunch within a 15 minute walk of my office. Costs about £8 but would work great as a dinner if you wanted it. Service can be a bit slow, blunt and disorganised but I bet staff are rushed off their feet. Don’t know why people don’t shout about Nudo more.”

Place was packed out, but service was lightning quick! It's a simple idea, but it works really well. You pick the small, medium or large box then add sides and mains. Medium box was packed full and I struggled to finish it so you're going to have to be hungry if you go for the large box. Food was tasty and starters were just as good. Highly recommended for anyone who likes Chinese food especially if you're in a rush!”

Now not knowing the area, we just picked a takeaway at random, and this one was chosen, and boy were we surprised, easily the best takeaway we've had. The quality of the food was amazing! And fresh!
