“Big shout out to Karen! My 3 year old boy was really nervous about having his feet measured, and got a bit upset. She was so kind caring and patient, measured his feet without too much fuss, and even managed to get him giggling and skipping with excitement with his new shoes. She had so much time for him, even letting him scan his own shoes on the way out, and checking that his current shoes fit ok. There were people waiting to be served, but Karen took the time with us, we didn’t feel rushed, and we left with a very happy little boy. Thank you so much”

“Too quality experience here. Booked a gait analysis a few hours prior (same day) and turned up to find everything set up and ready and one staff member dedicated to helping me out. The staff couldn't do enough for me - plenty of advice given and questions asked to make sure I was getting the right type of shoe. Eventually came out with a perfect pair of trainers which were price-matched by them from another company but retaining the same warranty from RN. Would highly highly recommend to buy new running trainers at a competitive price but with a tailored and brilliant service.”

The lady who measured her feet and talked us through the various options was so lovely, kind and patient and made our daughter feel very comfortable and at ease. We can't recommend them enough. “I visited the store today , and even though I could only see two staff on, they were both ever so helpful# especially the lady with the blue dress on with the leg tattoos. Thank you so much for your help and patience, finding me the right shoe size being so pleasant and helpful. Their needs to be more shop assistants like this who even when short staffed or under pressure still presents with a smile and more than happy to help even when run off their feet. Thank you, I finally found the right pair of shoes for my mothers retirement doo. I had been all over the stores and was extremely happy when finally finding the right items that would suit my dress perfectly for a special event.”

“They are great at being fast, efficient, and semi affordable. Their biggest drawback is their communication over the phone lots of times they offer services they don’t have or give the blatant wrong information on prices and items they have in their inventory. I don’t know if the employees just don’t understand what was asked over the phone or miscommunication, but I think that’s the issue. I wouldn’t say they straight out lie cus their customer service isn’t like terrible, but who knows. Most honest review possible”

“Due to my son having additional needs I pre -booked an appointment with this store for a shoe fitting for my son before they opened. He has autism and really struggles with busy places and loud noises. I was so grateful to Jane for helping me sort this appointment out as it's always been a challenge to get him measured for shoes. I usually do it at home myself which was always very difficult. She reassured me on the phone that she would get him all sorted and I certainly did. Jane and Liv were amazing with my son, Liv was able to get him measured for the first time ever in a shop and it was amazing how they both engaged with my son and made it a great experience for him and us too! I honestly can't recommend this store enough! They were amazing! We will 100% be returning when he needs some more shoes. Thank you so much to Jane and Liv :)”

“Excellent, friendly service. Went to get my 4yr olds feet measured, the assistant (Debra) was fantastic. We managed to get a great pair of trainers. We then decided to get my 20month old measured too & ended up purchasing trainers for her too. Will return for school shoes thanks to the great service.”

“I popped in today to try and get a new end for my walking stick as I lost mine walking to work today. The staff could not have been more helpful and even hough they had none to sell, they provided me with one from a full stick to use till I got home to make sure I could get home OK. They were just so kind and above and beyond. Total stars. I will be taking back a brand new replacement for them from my supply at home tomorrow, but a massive thank you to them all.
