After a series of issues previously (with another company) they've rectified and improved the functionality of the pool and spa and they've also future proofed pool which has been a massive sigh of relief and weight off our minds. We now have a crystal clear pool and jacuzzi and a new chemical dosing system. Chris has been professional, reliable and trustworthy and always been just a call away if we had any questions or worries. “What can I say except an absolute EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. I ordered three throws but on receipt of them two were a slightly different colour due to the batch being different. I wanted a particular batch as I preferred it and spoke to them about it. The customer service team advised they had two of the batch I preferred and they happily sent me those two as well as a package and return label to send the other i didnt want back at no cost to me. Now if that isn't great customer service then I dont know what is. They cared almost as if I was family. I am very happy with the blankets and they look beautiful on the sofa even my husband say they looks amazing and he never tends to care about anything decornin the house. Christina kept us constantly informed and sent visuals to update us. She was super sweet and kept checking in on my mum which she was super grateful for. “I rang the florist yesterday from Dorset to ask for flowers to be delivered this morning, I gave the price that I was willing to spend and I was happy to spend extra for delivery, I was told that delivery would be free as it was in an adjoining road. I was very surprised as most shops would still have charged. The flowers have been delivered and the recipients were delighted. The pictures of the flowers look beautiful and I am very happy. “What an awesome experience I had. I randomly went on Google looking for tattoo places in Sale and found this little gem of a place. I’ve been wanting to have a tattoo forever and woke up in the morning feeling today is the day. I messaged Dale and got a reply few minutes later. Few hours later I was there getting my first tattoo. “My second visit to Odin’s and the experience was twice as good as the first time. The shop is immaculate and the staff so so amazing. I was so lucky to have Ewelina do both of my tattoos and she killed it both times. I think artists like her are so hard to find. She has a real skill for producing detailed, intricate designs and I think in the tattoo world that is so rare. Combining her extensive knowledge in both the tattoo and brow game makes her the ultimate double threat. I will not go elsewhere from now on! Can’t recommend enough!”

“I've been looking for a fully waterproof full length coat for a while and came across the Baleno Kensington which seemed to tick all the boxes. I also ordered a Jack Murphy Erin as a comparison but returned that due to it being less generous in sizing albeit ordering the same size. I'm generally a size 16, 36DD bust and approx 5ft 8 tall. I found this coat in a country store after searching for a while so was happy to try on before purchasing from Hollands country clothing for £30 less. I'm glad I was able to try it before purchasing online as I went for the size 14. The 16 was too big and less shapely on me. This is why I say it's generous in sizing. I chose the brown colour as I felt it was more dirt savvy than the camel which is a lovely colour but not practical for muddy dog walks. I don't have a dog but you do get the occasional dog who wants to jump up and greet you with it's muddy paws. Anyway The Kensington.. This coat is fabulous. It's stylish, comfortable and practical. Even going down a size I am able to wear a lightweight puffer coat under it for extra warmth. The length is below the calf which is what I wanted so water does not drip in to my boots. The sleeves are a good length too and they can be adjusted to be tighter. On windy days I could not feel any drafts. My only criticism of this coat is that the pockets could be a little lower and slightly deeper maybe with a bit of fleece lining for warming hands. I'm so please I have found this coat after purchasing many others in the past that have let water in. Buy one you won't be disappointed .”

“What a lovely coffee shop that serves light snacks too. I had the Greek Melt that was very tasty and my wife had the tuna salad sandwich. We sat in the front garden that's full of beautiful flowers. Staff were so friendly that is norm in this part of the country.”
