However, yesterday I picked it quite a large order and there had been I mix up in the warehouse so I was a few items short. I must say the delivery team both at the desk and the lads searching the warehouse worked tirelessly to find my missing items. They were able to locate all but one item which they immediately replaced by next day home delivery. They also again without any prompting from me have me a 10% discount voucher for my next order due to me being inconvenienced for time. I think it’s easy to right a positive review when everything runs smoothly so would definitely recommend this store to anybody ordering online because they get it right 99% of the time but are incredible when something goes wrong. Although we know most restaurants can’t guarantee the risk of cross contamination, Katie made a conscious effort to ensure my friends toast was gluten free and prepared separately from mine.
