“Put my cat in this cattery for a weekend. He's a shy, nervous cat that has diabetes so put him in for a weekend to see how he'd be before going in for 2 weeks later in the year. The owner took good care of him and he settled down enough for his injections to be done without trouble. One nice thing was when I picked him up the owner gave me a sort of diary of his stay, saying how he'd been, which was good and reassuring. I'm very happy to put my cat back in here again, the facilities are good and the owner is very nice and I can tell that she genuinely loves animals and will care for any cat like it's her own.”

“Our Doggy has been for the most beautiful pamper this morning. It was his first ever time going to a dog groomers and he was really anxious when we arrived. Eve and her husband where just so gentle and patient with him and he's a big dog too! When we left we could just feel he was in good hands. He has had so much done and Eve sent us pictures and videos too! we loved watching him have such a brilliant time. He looks fabulous! We will be back again for sure next month. “First trip to The Woof Bar for my 2 cockapoos. One is very nervous, but Carole was brilliant. She welcomed them and the little walk round the garden to get to know them worked a treat. Carole did a fabulous job with the grooming and her attention to detail fantastic. Two very happy, relaxed doggies when i picked them up, looking lovely and their fur hss never been so soft. “Visited Natalie, the hygiene therapist twice now. She measured my gum pocket sizes and compared them with the previous measurements to highlight areas which had improved. She showed me how to use the electric toothbrush more professionally and the gum areas I needed to concentrate on with my toothbrush and tepe brushes. Then she cleaned them. Fantastic service. Far superior to any hygienist visit I had experienced at three other dental practices. Before visiting Natalie, I saw Dr Khurrum who likewise gave excellent advice on how to look after my gums and how to use tepe brushes properly. A first rate dental experience at Holly House.”

Today I saw Qasim. He could see how nervous I was and really was fantastic! Unfortunately I couldn’t have the X-rays due to my anxiety but not once did he pressurise me. The patience he had was amazing. Couldn’t meet a nicer bloke! All a credit to the practice.”

“My experience at Knutsford Road Dental has been incredible! I saw Dr Wilkinson for my composite bonding and I have been obsessed with it ever since. I love it!!!! Since then I have been seeing Dr Bilal for my checkups and I have never felt more at ease. All the receptionists are also really lovely and reassuring especially Toni. However, Carolyn and Rachel were both amazing - they took the time to listen to my worries and provide genuine reassurance. I really appreciated that and it made me feel much more at ease! When the removal appointment arrived, Albert was absolutely brilliant. He constantly checked on me throughout to make sure I was ok and communicated what to expect and why. I also really appreciated his sense of humour which lightened the mood! Rachel came into the room after my teeth were out to make sure I was alright, since she knew how worried I'd been up to then. If that wasn't enough, she even messaged me the following day to make sure I was feeling ok and recovering well. To me, that is going above and beyond for a patient. I honestly couldn't recommend Superior Smiles more. Such a genuinely caring, attentive and amazingly friendly team!
