I have also seen the way a minority of customers speak to the staff and found it shocking what they have to put up with. I saw a guy once get very angry with them because he wanted parts at staff prices but didn't work for them and was an ex employee from another branch. I think the staff deserve a medal for putting up with people like this and shouldn't face the abuse they receive when just trying to do a job and made even more difficult with the covid restrictions. Keep up the hard work guys and try to brush off the nasty guys.”

We keep going back as the customer service is superb, from Steve on the front desk when booking in and dropping off, to Phil and his team looking after the cars. Good communicators too - they call with updates and deliver on time which is significantly better service than we got from the main dealers and at a better price. I've had to call in a couple of times with an urgent need and they've looked after me while I waited and had me back on the road in no time. They will go the extra mile to look after us and in return they've earned our loyalty and recommendation.”

“Can’t speak highly enough of this dog walking service. Our dog is very energetic but highly nervous and traumatised by unexpected noise. We were unable to walk him at all due to his fears. Batson’s have not only been able to walk him daily, but his confidence has grown and judging by the videos I receive every day of him walking, he’s enjoying it immensely.
