“Tasty, appealing food. Good service and yummy mocktails. We tried a lot of dishes and I can say that this is definitely a higher end Indian, not drowned in sauces, these dishes were well balanced, full of flavour and spiced well. “Great restaurant for a family meal! We decided to book a table for the night we arrived at a campsite close by since we knew we wouldn't want to cook after setting everything up. Food was excellent and perfect for sharing - me and my son had the hog Mac and cheese which was delicious , and the frickles were particularly awesome! Everything here seems to be generously sized and the desserts were amazing - definitely need to have frozen custard again!”

“We went in the afternoon to celebrate a birthday with family, including young children and was very happy with everything. We were served by Amar, he was very attentive to our needs and the food was delicious. Will definitely be returning and highly recommend.”

“Loved this place. We had an overnight stay in Manchester with a next day flight to USA so we stayed in the area. Found this place and had a beer and food. Staff were amazing looked after us really well and the food was top notch as was the beer. Wish I could go more often.”

“We ordered from the Valentine's set menu and it was great. Chipotle chicken to start with, followed by sirloin steak and sticky toffee pudding for dessert. The food was lovely. Ordered my steak medium well and it came more on the medium side but it was rectified. The strawberry twist drink is a must for the non drinkers! Our waitress was superb. She was attentive, polite, engaged in conversation with us and overall amazing at her job. This is why we return to Wilmslow.”

“Had a meeting and lunch here. The meeting room was very spacious, the tech all worked and there are plenty of plugs. Tea and coffee provided, along with some biscuits. Staff very helpful throughout. The lunch was nice too, not too pricey for quality food, had the seabass, calories printed on the menus which is very helpful. Pint of MPA on cask was in perfect condition!”

“When where flying from Manchester Airport we always stay at Best Western Pinewood Hotel & this place is about 10mins walk down the road. Its an excellent place to get really nice food, they have an extensive menu plus there's always the carvery to choose from, the staff are always very friendly everytime we have been in & have a very large outdoor play area for children”

“Great service and friendly staff. I don't agree with the reviews about the bouncers underneath this one, they have always been helpful, respectful and lovely to chat to each and every time. Them just doing their job unfortunately leads to people making unfair statements. Great place, definitely recommend!”

“Booked ahead as we were going Sunday and know pub lunches are normally busier on Sundays. Welcomed by friendly staff, quick service on the bar, and great food choices! Large carvery plate is HUGE, so much food for just over a tenner! Will be back for carvery again!”

“Personnel's changed and it's excellent now! The service used to be really bad but they have changed the management and most of staff and they are exceptionally friendly now and the service is excellent too. Also they have live music every night however Siamak is much better than the other singer.”

“Popped in here yesterday, Saturday. Busy. I chose the veggie pizza with my favourite veg, aubergene. It was, ABSOLUTELY SUPERB, CRISP AND DELICIOUS. THE NICEST PIZZA EVER tasted in my life, and I'm 56! Recommend to book. Staff really really friendly n nice.”

“I love this place. I'm not a vegetarian. However, everything I have tried from this place is amazing. Would definitely recommend. It also does a variety of different things. One of them being live music. Sometimes it is heavy metal though... my favourite meal is the quesadilla with home made chips and a shake (not decided on my favourite yet). Their staff are friendly and food is affordable too.”

“Took my Mum for a special treat as she lives around the corner and hasn't been before. Athena and her team made us feel so welcome and the food was incredible. Shots here of delicious main meals, lobster ravioli with prawns and the seafood paella. Highly recommended!”

“We dropped by here for lunch arriving at 12 noon. Already this venue was popular but had plenty of seating to accommodate everyone. There were plenty of staff who were friendly knowledgable and created a good atmosphere. A real highlight from the kitchen was the Gluten Free Menu. It was extensive and included a gluten free version of the majority of the main menu. In addition to the GF menu there was a vegan menu and they also catered for those avoiding specific allergens. An excellent GF beer was also available. It was a real pleasure to eat & drink here and we will be visiting again soon.”

The staff are delightfully cheerful and willing to assist with any requests - including helping with taking photos for us! The food and drinks all arrived really promptly and everything looked delicious. Would not hesitate to recommend this restaurant - we had a wonderful time and will be back again very soon.”
