“I don't drink so I always have coffee, my coffee was spot on and as a bonus there was a choice of chocolate biscuits, yum yum, staff very pleasant place spotless definitely would be first port of call if I lived in Disley which is only a mile or so from Stockport and a bit more to Buxton a good starting point for walkers, with Lyme park a few yards down the road”

“Went here for Christmas lunch. I had Pate to start and the Christmas Burger for main. It was spot on and the staff were very welcoming. Pub has a lovely feel to it and I would certainly return. Many thanks guys”

“New Bar/Restaurant opened in Bramhall/Woodford. We was welcomed upon arriving and was quickly shown to our table. Excellent service upon arrival. The waitress came to the table with the menu's and information us with specials of the day. We ordered drinks (2 Coffees and a Large Coke) the Coffees was made perfect, probably the best I've had in a Pub/Restaurant. We ordered from the set 3 course menu £16.95. We chose... Starter: 1 soup of the day and 2 black pudding fritters. All perfect, hot and perfect size. Mains: 1 Fish Cake and 2 6oz steaks and Chips. Steaks should have been mid rare. Unfortunately we had to send the first 2 steaks back as they was well under cooked in fact you could say they was still mooing. The staff handed it in a professional manner and brought back two perfectly cooked steaks. EXCELLENT SERVICE. Pudding: This was perfect. Two Stickey Chocolate Puddings. Delicious. Overall we had a great experience, I can't fault any point of the Experience. The staff and service was excellent and made the afternoon every enjoyable, THANK YOU. We will definitely be going back in the very near future. A small add on: Toilets are up stairs, perfectly clean. Disabled toilets are on the ground floor.”

“Had a good night in here on Saturday. Met up with my brothers and wives. A nice friendly old style pub. Staff and customers were very welcoming. There's a beer garden and bowling green at the back. We will be going back again.”

“Popped in whilst travelling past. Amazing food, friendly service and lovely pub. The beef wrap was INCREDIBLE. Beef so full of flavour and literally melt in the mouth. Gravy was epic and chips so good too. Kids loved the nuggets and fries and other family members had the roasts. Apparently the best roasts they have had in 15yrs. Proper home cooked food, roasts AND mash and veg that tasted like proper veg! Again epic gravy! Family live over half an hour away but will defo travel again for another visit. 5 stars and more! “What an amazing pub and eatery! Been in a few times,the new chef has some tricks up his sleeves , had the steak burger and my girlfriend had the lasagne, probably the least daring choice on the menu and still blew us away! 100% recommend eating here, stayed for a few hours afterwards for drinks too! Staff were brilliant too! Highly recommend!”

“Large pub serving the usual beers lagers etc ,great atmosphere when I visited with karaoke on at the time, staff were very friendly and efficient and a nice decor with some areas with comfy sofas ,located on the junction of Hyde Road and Ashton Road at Crown Point Denton, served by stagecoach buses from Hyde Ashton under lyne and Manchester being the 201 202 344 345 and 347. With bus stops from all directions less than 2 minutes walk, pop in have pint or 2.”

“Took a visit to this place last night with the girlfriend and 2 kids my kids was slightly noisy but can’t be helped and one left a mess sorry again the food was absolutely incredible and great for the value of money I’d definitely return here as I loved it and the window seat was great for my little lad who’s obsessed with cars and trucks he loved it thankyou”
