“I ordered some bulk gravel and was advised last week that my delivery would be yesterday. The team called me early morning to check exactly when I needed it as their delivery had not arrived on time. They kept in contact with me all day trying to get the gravel to me yesterday, it got to gone 5pm and it still hadn't arrived and they promised me delivery today. It has arrived today. Although it was late, it didn't matter to me in the end because the customer service was exceptional and one of the best I have experienced. Big shout out to John and the lads for trying their best to get it to me when I wanted it and calling me many times yesterday. Thank you”

“Samson and Nala spent 5 months with Helen and Jan, we initially thought it would only be a few weeks until we bought our house. It was an emotional time being separated from our fur babies, Helen and Jan cared for us as well as our cats, we visited often and always had a cup of tea and a chat. The rooms are amazing with lots of toys to keep them stimulated, they changed rooms for a change of scenery, Samson has a history of having a sensitive stomach and was fed top quality food, their emotional needs were met with lots of daily cuddles, we were kept updated and any problems Helen would let us know. Helen and Jan have a genuine passion for cats, we were so happy with their care. The day we picked them up was emotional for all, Samson and Nala are now settled in our new house and we will always be so grateful for the love and care of our fur babies. “Ordered a new dishwasher through AO paid for fitting and recycle. They came out and couldn't undo the pipe and recommended we get out a plumber. Bill and Adam came out fitted our new dishwasher and even took the old dishwasher away! Was much cheaper than going through AO! Highly recommended really pleased with the service! Thank you!”

He worked on my pride and joy, a rare corvette engined 6.0 v8 HSV Clubsport R8 muscle car. Most garages are reluctant to work on my car because they have no idea what it is, or feel that because its not a Ford fiesta, I should pay through the nose due to the supposedly complicated nature of my car, when it's not at all. Mick has performed all kinds of work on my car, done a great job each time and its been very reasonably priced. My car certainly won't be going anywhere else but here.
