Jaz is a very professional and dedicated therapist and those sessions are always a treat for me and my son :) Not to mention they work wonders! I would recommend both for people needing physio after an injury and for those physically active to relieve muscle tension.”

“We attended a session as part of a group of Cub Scouts last night. There were 27 of us and everyone had a great time! From the start, staff were very friendly and attentive whilst managing out group check in. The session itself was very well supervised and great fun. One of our Cubs injured their knee during the session and they were looked after very well by the member of staff. I can not recommend this place enough!”
