“Fantastic - had a terrible experience (for over year) with my local Lloyds Pharmacy - so decided to switch to Wilmslow Rd Pharmacy that was recommended by a friend. Switching could not have been easier, it took a minute and I was ready to go. Two days later I went to pick up my prescription which took a few minutes (not nearly an hour) and the staff were pleasant and professional. What a delight to find a proper pharmacy again. “Just used them once, air conditioning gas problems, Toyota said they will charge £135 for diagnostic only and repair on top, east Manchester guys just charged me £90 and over 2 years it worked perfectly. Returned another 10 months and still working, 13 years old car but air conditioning works like new”

“Staff are nice always want to help you but are limited on stock and what they do have is quite pricey they shut for dinner for an hour and shut at 6.00pm but because itus over the road from us I sort of take it or leave it if you donot want to go back out and they also do prescription as well I do not use it so cannot tell if they are any good with them”

The vet we saw was Ann Mea and is our choice of vet to see where every possible, but we are happy with any of the vets at the practice. Ann gave Freya a thorough check over and was as usual precise with her explanation when asked about other concerns. A First Class Vet in a first class practice.”

“Great team and organisation. They offer delivery and help keep me updated with my medication. I wish they had a facility that allows patients to message them with a query online and they can get back to us. This will save us time on the off chance the line is busy or if it's busy in store. It will also allow the team to look into the background before discussing the query, which again helps save time and explanation. Overall a good pharmacy. “As a new resident in the area I was unsure of which pharmacy to nominate especially after having had so many problems with the pharmacy at my previous surgery. Beech Road pharmacy were polite, helpful and efficient especially as one of my items is not stocked by most pharmacies and needs ordering but I put my prescription in at 2pm and all my items were ready for 11am as promised the next day . I have nominated you as my pharmacy, thank you for your help and 5* service. As these are my current regular medications I hope if I speak with you ahead of time you will be able to have all my items in stock next time.”
