“I decided to book for acupuncture after a couple of friends recommended it for fertility issues. I went for my first consultation in March 2018, Andrew and Julie immediately made me feel like they would do all they can to help me. I started with a weekly appointment where Andrew used the wax burner and the needles to help target the fertility areas, I then went to every 2 weekly appointments and along with acupuncture Julie introduced reflexology to me . By August 2018 I was pregnant and I continued to go monthly throughout my pregnancy to have reflexology off Julie which was a lovely treat as i work on my feet all day and acupuncture off Andrew where he targeted problem areas such as back pain or trapped nerves. Last week I gave birth to a beautiful baby girl called Blossom. I can’t recommend The Etherow clinic enough , Andrew , Julie and Yvonne made me feel so welcome and so relaxed throughout my journey and I can’t thank them enough.”

“Had a covid vaccination and they let me have the 'flu jab as well when I asked. Pleasent and professional lady at the door took the details. Lady who gave me the jab was friendly and professional and hardley felt the needle. Best i have had so far. She told me I could experience side effects the next day but I think Medichem Pharmacy Ltd did a great job and won't blame them even if I do feel a bit rough. When my repeat prescription hadn’t been sent over and I was going to be left without medication for the weekend I was promised that it would be delivered to me that evening, even if he brought it himself on his way home. “Over the last 2 years the NHS have been trying to protect people from Covid so of course tensions will be high but the staff here have always been helpful and friendly even when I've been stood in the queue and people walk in with an attitude demanding medication that hasn't arrived yet but at no fault of the staff. “I love this pharmacy, all the staff are so friendly to me, they work so hard especially with the doctors tripling in size. Yes you do have to wait sometimes but they have a hell of a lot of patients. I think all of the staff are fab, cheeky, entertaining and are high up on my estimation.”

“Adswood pharmacy provides me my medications (for last few years) via they're delivery service. I very rarely have to wait for an out of stock item and my prescription is always delivered on time. I have always received polite service if I have had to phone them over another which is rare. The delivery driver is always pleasant and patient waiting for me to answer the door (wheelchair user). I have read some negative reviews of the pharmacy but I honestly have never had a problem with them.”
