“As always, every member of staff we encountered were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Both dogs were treated with care, and even though Wilson suffers with anxiety, and becomes very unsettled thus needing to be muzzled and held tightly by my husband. He was treated with gentleness, patience, and understanding. We are always at ease when we know that we have to bring either of our dogs there, and that is all due to the staff that work there.”

“I cannot praise this shop highly enough!! The owner was so helpful and spent ages explaining how to set up my aquarium. All their fish are quarantined as well and they had such an amazing selection to choose from. I was also really surprised how competitively priced things were when I checked prices on the Internet so I will definitely be back. “Have to say, we would be lost without petpals looking after our cats when we go away, far cheaper than putting the cats in a cattery and we know they are all safe,fed , kept warm and are well when we are not there- one of the best advantages of the service is you also know your house is in safe hands closing the curtains and turning on the lights at night. They know all our cats names and behaviours and introduce themselves before they start to look them/ when we come home from holidays a diary of all their behaviour , what they eat , drank and any issues (not one so far). We have used petpals for a few years now and will continue to do so. The previous comment with one star is completely off topic!”
