Reception staff are so lovely and welcoming and couldn't help but notice the amount of knowledge and experience they have when talking to me and other visitors to the practice. “Recently visited The Deanwater for a Business Meeting. A beautiful venue with plenty of space, lovely food and friendly staff. Plenty of space in the meeting suites, could of just done with access to a few more plugs for the laptops but on the whole would definitely return.”

“We have stayed at this PI regularly for about 15 years so that we can visit family. Even though team members have changed, it is still staffed by a great team of friendly and helpful staff and the rooms are spotlessly clean. Thank you all! However, over the last couple of years, a very clear and "uncomfortable" demarcation has evolved between this PI and the associated restaurant. The restaurant has extremely rigid rules for eating times etc. and enforces them in a forthright manner... it makes the whole hotel experience unpleasant. We prefer to eat at the great Café in Tesco, a short walk away. The staff are really lovely and the food is good - far less stressful.”

“I'd been to a couple of other hydrotherapists, before High Lane Hydro opened, and there is no comparison. It's brilliantly equipped, superbly maintained and much more hygienic than any other I've seen. That said, the main reason it's so good is down to Emma the owner and hydrotherapist. She is truly committed, extremely knowledgeable and incredibly caring towards the dogs she works with. I am a canine behaviourist and often get asked if I know anywhere offering hydrotherapy, the only place that I recommend is High Lane.”

“Poynton Pups has been incredible at teaching our very loved puppy to socialise with confidence and enjoy the company of other dogs. Lockdown had meant that she was unsure of other dogs and people when we were out for walks. She is now a completely different puppy and we have seen her confidence grow hugely since being out with Poynton Pups and she comes very happy after her weekly walk with the pack.”
