Recently she had a few issues, and after falling ill again, I explained that I would not put her through any further operations, she was 12 and I couldn't bear for her to suffer. The Vet Sarah was really kind, explained how everything would work, and also discussed alternatives. After discussing all options we unfortunately made the decision to put her to sleep, and although very sad, I was happy how calm everything was, and how nothing was rushed.”

“Been using this vets for a while now and couldn't recommend them more. we recently had an emergency and the staff saw us straight away, getting river straight in for xrays and blood work and explaining everything to me thoroughly.
