He's a really friendly and approchable guy, who even let me hold one of his other snakes that I'd never come across before. If I were looking to purchase a snake again, I would defintely go back and it was worth the two buses that I had to get to reach the shop”

All their fish are quarantined as well and they had such an amazing selection to choose from. “My wife and I adopted a dog yesterday and travelled up to pets at home late on yesterday evening, as we were looking around for the essentials we needed to be ready for when our dog arrives, we were unsure of the dog crate we required so asked for some assistance, this is where we met Leah, being from a management background I could tell that she was either relatively new to the job or lacked a little confidence, Leah you needn't of been nervous you answered all of our questions fantastically and even upsold us a few items as we were going around the store, fair play to you, you are a credit to the store and we really appreciated your help, hopefully these reviews are read and recocognised by your management team, these days people are quick to put a bad review on but won't go to the effort to send praise when it's due, so well done Leah and thanks again . “Another great time spent at the dog park on Sunday afternoon can not rate this place enough. Its brilliant for the dogs running about safely and for doing training with them. I only have one issue and that is I wish the person who comes for the next time slot on the field would please kindly remain in their vehicle until the previous users have fully secured all their dogs and their vehicle and have moved away from the gate. On Sunday we still had 5 minutes to go and were getting our 6 dogs into the van when the nest users got out of their car and were going to let their dogs out ready to approach the field, why would they do this when they could see we were still bringing our dogs off the field and putting them in the van. We have one oldie with the pack she can become very nervous and reactive which does make the bigger dog react in her defence this made the whole process very difficult just because they couldn't give us space and time, we were still within our time space my partner had to ask them to please get back in their vehicle as per the park rules his wife/girlfriend did but he just stood at the side of his car tapping on his roof .it spoiled a lovely afternoon by his Impatience and lack of following the rules. Please can people follow the rules they are there for a reason”

“Simon provided us with a professional reliable and personable service, looking after our 2 kittens for a week. We were worried about leaving them but we needn’t have been, as Simon gave them loads of care and attention. He sent us updates (and cute videos) twice a day. He was also kind enough to water plants and take the bins out! Very trustworthy (friends recommended him to us) and I can highly recommend the service.”
