“Taken our rescue cat there in January this year for treatment as he had lots of knots which we could not get out by combing , when we collected him later in the day he had no knots and his nails had been clipped, we thought they would have had trouble with him as he was very timid and didn't like to be touched or handled, he came back smelling lovely and looked brilliant (apart from a few bald patches)where they cut out the heavy matted fur, top marks for Pretty Paws , well recommended . will be taking him back in May, lovely caring staff.”

“First time here after being recommended to Woof and Ready by a friend and Eda listened to everything I wished for and Cobe came out looking amazing! She smells delightful and her coat is so soft. Highly recommend for anyone with a terrier cross and can't get that soft hair groom elsewhere! Plus she came out so happy and wanted to keep playing with Eda which was comforting.”

“This location has two Hyatt's the Hyatt House & Hyatt Regency. Offers free breakfast, the Laureate restaurant is excellent! The rooms are beautiful and large. We stayed in the Bed & Breakfast part of the Hyatt House room 1316. The rooms were up to date and very clean.”

“This is the 3rd time we have had Marley our Labrador stay with Barkers Pet Services. The last 2 times were for 2 week stays but this time we booked him in for 3 weeks. We had absolutely no problem doing this as we were so comfortable and happy with his last 2 stays we knew he would be more than settled. This is a fantastic place for our dog to be and would highly recommend Barkers Pet Services for home boarding. We couldn't imagine putting Marley in kennels as we tried this when he was younger and did nothing but worry about him. They send us regular pictures on whats app of his stay and updates of what he is doing which is great. Marley is 6yrs old and quite a broadly built Labrador. Since being a pup he has always stayed by our side and been quite a nervous dog and is sometimes scared of small dogs and most big dogs. It takes him a while to get used to a new doggy friend but when he finds one he likes he will follow it around and play. We explained all Marley's fears and all things he enjoys to Jan & Liz and this has always been taken on board when walking Marley and taking care of him. We couldn't imagine leaving him anywhere else now and every time we bring him back for a stay even if its been a year since his last one, he jumps out of the car and runs straight in. “I can wholeheartedly recommend The Pet Spa. We have brought our two dogs here for years and wouldn’t take them anywhere else. They are both old now, and our little Oliver (Shih Tzu) is so frail he needs me to be with him to support him while he’s groomed. Colette is so gentle and patient with him. Our Westie, Sophie, adores going, to the point where she drags me into the salon with her tail wagging! They always look lovely when they’re done. Colette does a fabulous job and her prices are so reasonable. Definitely the place to have your dog groomed!”
