“What a great service, not just a dog groomer by any stretch. Kim is amazing with Zabba. We have a very scared Lhasa Apso and Kim is so lovely with her and really puts her at ease by her loving way. Not to detract from her groom which is also first rate along with all the helpful advice from years of experience. We would never use anyone else”

“It was the first time our two dogs had been away from us in kennels so we were very apprehensive as to how they would cope, we were away for nearly 3 weeks. They received the best care and both came back very happy and healthy. We phoned a few times when we were away to get updates, which were always positive and informative. When we collected our dogs the staff expressed how much they loved the dogs and had really enjoyed having them. Would definitely recommend.”

“I have been using Canine Co. for a couple of years now and never had any issues atall. My whippet can be quite nervous about going to the groomers but Kate and the team are so lovely and patient with her. She always comes out smelling lovely and clean. I would 100% recommend to any dog owners!”

“Taken our rescue cat there in January this year for treatment as he had lots of knots which we could not get out by combing , when we collected him later in the day he had no knots and his nails had been clipped, we thought they would have had trouble with him as he was very timid and didn't like to be touched or handled, he came back smelling lovely and looked brilliant (apart from a few bald patches)where they cut out the heavy matted fur, top marks for Pretty Paws , well recommended . will be taking him back in May, lovely caring staff.”

“Can not recommend Jess and team at Dolled up Dogs highly enough. Not only are they passionate about what they do, my dog always comes away looking and smelling amazing and the girls give the dogs so much love and attention whilst they are in the salon. The team always go over and above and it shows in how happy my dog is to get into the salon when she arrives (and grumpy when she has to leave haha!)”

“We have a 9month old giant Schnauzer & Alison is very patient with him, he’s been 3 times so far & each time we have been extremely happy with his trim. He is very excited when we go in & he sees Alison which indicates he enjoys going which is reassuring for us. We highly recommend Aliwags.”

“First time here after being recommended to Woof and Ready by a friend and Eda listened to everything I wished for and Cobe came out looking amazing! She smells delightful and her coat is so soft. Highly recommend for anyone with a terrier cross and can't get that soft hair groom elsewhere! Plus she came out so happy and wanted to keep playing with Eda which was comforting.”

“This location has two Hyatt's the Hyatt House & Hyatt Regency. Offers free breakfast, the Laureate restaurant is excellent! The rooms are beautiful and large. We stayed in the Bed & Breakfast part of the Hyatt House room 1316. The rooms were up to date and very clean.”

The staff are so lovely and sweet, especially the lovely Danae who also me through my treatments. Cannot recommend this place enough, always such great service every time!”

“Hotel was good for the price over Christmas period. Bed was comfy and went straight to sleep. Breakfast was nice in the morning, got a room with breakfast included, but not worth £12.50 if not booked. Would definitely return.”

“Stayed here solo while on a two-day break, was fairly priced and also easy to get to and from the city centre on the tram. Also love the location right next to Heaton Park, started off one of my mornings with a walk around it. The room itself, like the hotel, wasn't exactly modern but it was still very comfortable and spacious so can't ask for much more! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Booked myself in for breakfast on my last morning, which was tasty. Really enjoyed my stay here, look forward to the next one!”

“nice hotel in lovely grounds plenty of walks the hotel is dog friendly we didn't have a dog with us but a friend we met there did. all the staff were friendly and helpful the room was clean and well-equipped breakfast was amazing and we made use of the spa that was attached to hotel and enjoyed a swim. It's in a great location and we will return in 2023”
