The Vet Sarah was really kind, explained how everything would work, and also discussed alternatives. After discussing all options we unfortunately made the decision to put her to sleep, and although very sad, I was happy how calm everything was, and how nothing was rushed.”

“This hotel is extraordinary. We - two pals - popped in because it was a handy meeting place for a journey further North. I parked in the hotel car park through Just Park but by the time I'd navigated the M6 I was quite delayed. My friend went into the hotel while she was waiting and met with what can only be described as the warmest of welcomes. The atmosphere as soon as you walk through the door tells you that this hotel team cares about its guests and its visitors. They are kind, courteous and go out of their way to help.”

I have so much trust & faith in them. Today they helped me with an injured wild rabbit, the receptionists / vet nurses were so lovely, kind and helpful to me and the rabbit.
