"First time pet owner, first time accessory purchaser, it’s just like having a new baby at home. This branch was recommended for its particular services, and they more than delivered. We signed up to their app and VIP rewards, it seemed a bit of a con but it wasn’t.. The staff were absolutely wonderful, they began us from the first page of bringing a puppy home and all we will require. And they’re at the end of a call. Member for life."

"Nice store, friendly staff and cute hamsters, gerbils and guinea pigs, but I was a bit shocked to see live crickets and beetles in small plastic containers. I know they are seen as food for reptiles but still upsetting to see."
