She not only receives physical exercise but mental stimulation in a structured day and also in a structured setting, with lots of different things going on for the dogs. Its often difficult to find a suitable bed for our boy given his size and something that fits in nicely within our home. We were unsure which bed to order, but after a conversation with Charlotte and Zara they helped us decide on the best option for Otis-beau (our large golden retriever). Our order arrived promptly and was beautifully presented. The fabric and design are of a superior quality and the best bit is, its completely washable. Most times there are plenty of staff on hand, it's usaully only at lunch time when I have seen a little less staff on hand.”
