My Pet Walker is excellent, and it has changed the way we operate for the better. Feedback from our members and the team has been excellent. From daily check ins, to reminders for birthdays and vaccinations, the app is more than just a diary. My team love being able to see their upcoming bookings and that owners can share notes with them for collections. Invoicing has gone from two hours to just five minutes - I'm getting my time back at last! Ben and his team have gone above and beyond with their help, tweaks and implementing new functions to the app. They are always available to offer advice. Honestly, I've been so impressed and my only regret is not using My Pet Walker sooner - it's worth every penny and more!”

“Our dogs have just had 3 nights away after a couple of one night sleepovers for the fist time. Susan delt with us brilliantly as we had some issues with finding somewhere that suited them as traditional kennels were a no no. With Susan's help and advice Digs for Dogs suited them brilliantly with no issue, will definitely use Susan's service again and would also highly recommend. 5 star.”

“My rescue, Scritches Rat and Rodent Rescue, uses Fitch Pet Bedding for all our animals. Chinchillas, Degu, Rats, Mice, Hamsters and Gerbils are all bedded on this. With no need for any extra nesting material, the bedding holds tunnels well and the animals seem to enjoy building huge nests out of it. The most absorbent bedding we have tried so far, great on natural odour control without the use of scented oils or similar, this bedding reduces the smells produced by rats and male mice particularly. It's also dust free and soft, and it doesn't tangle easily in long coated types. Personally, I have also used this bedding for Duprasi, Zebra Mice and Pygmy Mice with excellent results. The staff are friendly, prices are reasonable especially if ordered in bulk and they make a 10kg bag for people who don't have much storage space. We cannot recommend this product highly enough.”

“Have to say, we would be lost without petpals looking after our cats when we go away, far cheaper than putting the cats in a cattery and we know they are all safe,fed , kept warm and are well when we are not there- one of the best advantages of the service is you also know your house is in safe hands closing the curtains and turning on the lights at night. They know all our cats names and behaviours and introduce themselves before they start to look them/ when we come home from holidays a diary of all their behaviour , what they eat , drank and any issues (not one so far). We have used petpals for a few years now and will continue to do so. The previous comment with one star is completely off topic!”

“Darren was amazing. He was great communicating and confirmed all appointments. He arrived exactly on time and was fast but extremely thorough. I simply cannot believe how well our carpets came up. They are simply like new. Some marks I thought impossible to remove he worked on specifically (even spotting some I didn’t) and removed them!! Couldn’t believe it. He was so professional, reliable and on top of that did an incredible job I couldn’t recommend him more highly. Thanks Darren!!”

I wish they had a facility that allows patients to message them with a query online and they can get back to us. This will save us time on the off chance the line is busy or if it's busy in store. It will also allow the team to look into the background before discussing the query, which again helps save time and explanation. Overall a good pharmacy. “Really enjoyed dinner here, the restaurant is beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. Possibly the best sushi I’ve had in Manchester so far. The sushi rolls are made fresh so this accommodates to people with allergies which is fab. All staff are friendly and our server Armaghan was lovely, professional and knowledgeable of the food and drinks. My only dislike was the mocktail. I assumed it was going to be sweet as I ordered strawberry but it was very bitter with a lemon taste, which at £9 is very expensive for what it was.”
