Every step was explained and not once were we rushed or made to feel like we were rushed or just a number. We were able to leave by a side door to the carpark so that we didn't have to leave by reception where everyone could see your distress. We were treated with respect and dignity and made Buchanan's the only choice for us when we got our new puppy's, I'm happy in the knowledge that when we need them they will be the first people we go to fie their care.”
