“I have just completed a course of IPL for the treatment of rosacea and broken vessels on my face. From start to finish the experience has been exemplary. Irina is careful and considered in her approach, honest and direct about possible outcomes, results and aftercare, and upfront about costs and number of sessions. Each appointment has been swift and punctual, Irina is kind and I always felt safe in her hands. The fact that she is a trained and very experienced nurse prescriber is probably what made me choose her above others, and why I had so much confidence in her. It shows and makes a huge difference. She knows her stuff! My face is less red, less hot and irritated, and as rosacea cannot be cured this is expected to return slowly and need regular maintenance sessions. Don’t expect it to be once-and-done. However, I’m most pleased at how the vessels are much less visible, about an 80-85% improvement I think. I don’t like wearing make up, so this has been a fantastic result for me. I look less ‘ruddy’ and more fresh faced. “I've had 3/6 of my laser hair removal on my legs & I couldn't be happier with the results so far! After years of shaving, waxing & removal creams this was my last resort & I honestly didn't hold out much hope. Erika explained the treatment in detail - what it involved/how it works. After just 1 treatment I could start to see a difference & after 2 it was so noticeable that I could go around 5 days before shaving (whereas I'd always had to shave every day!). Erika's really knowledgeable & I would highly recommend her (& the laser treatments!) to anyone!”

“It was the first time our two dogs had been away from us in kennels so we were very apprehensive as to how they would cope, we were away for nearly 3 weeks. They received the best care and both came back very happy and healthy. We phoned a few times when we were away to get updates, which were always positive and informative. When we collected our dogs the staff expressed how much they loved the dogs and had really enjoyed having them. Would definitely recommend.”

“We have used Jen and Alan since March 2015 for our beagle puppy, they walk her twice a day and she goes to stay on her holidays, which is a home from home. The care and attention Bella receives is first class and I can not speak highly enough of how they both are with Bella, Bella gets so excited when she is going on walks with them and loves going to stay - she doesn't give us a second glance! I would highly recommend anyone who needs pet care for their animals to contact Jen and Alan, you won't look back!”

“We sent our Clumber Spaniel here after we bumped into someone with a schnauzer that had been cut beautifully and when we asked where they told us Woof and Ready. Thet gave him one of the best grooms he's ever had. We've since started taking him to hydrotherapy after he hurt his back (he's an old boy!). The staff are all lovely. We spend quite a while there while our dog is having his hydrotherapy which gives you more of a sense of the place than if you were just popping in to drop your dog off or pick them up. We definitely have good vibes about the place and if we needed to and our dog was a bit younger we'd probably use them for doggy day care as well.”

“I have been using Canine Co. for a couple of years now and never had any issues atall. My whippet can be quite nervous about going to the groomers but Kate and the team are so lovely and patient with her. She always comes out smelling lovely and clean. I would 100% recommend to any dog owners!”

Toby had a bad experience previously at a different groomers which left him quite traumatised and extremely reluctant to be groomed, the girls at Sammy's did such an amazing job and were so calming even though he was very agitated and snappy (Toby's sorry)! I'm so glad I've found Sammy's and have already booked him in for his next pamper session. Highly recommend this place; the shop is so clean and smells divine! The prices are amazing aswell! “I have been learning to improve my front crawl with Emmie. She is a great teacher, very friendly, she listened to what I want to achieve and helped me a lot! She corrected where I was doing wrong which I never realised! We worked on my strokes, arms kicks body positions and tumble turns and a lot of other stuff.
