“Visited to use the pool. Changing rooms and pool as clean and sparking as the day they opened. Lady on the front desk very helpful. Showers also clean and you can control the water temperature but shower heads seem to limit the water flow and don’t give an even spread.”

“We had a fabulous party this weekend at T50. Arranging the party was very easy and completed with just a couple of emails. The party was run by three members of staff who were extremely professional and made sure the children were all having a fabulous time. The food that was part of the package was plentiful and the children all enjoyed. My daughter and all her friends had a great time start to finish. “Best hotel I have ever stayed at. Reception staff are lovely and they offer room service. All of their food is delicious from the restaurant and when delivered to rooms. They have a hot tub as well as a pool (though they don't allow kids in it). Well cleaned, baths and showers are well maintained but you may need to ask for a fan in the summer as the windows don't open fully. Only thing to watch out for (especially for business travellers) is if you require wifi access for more than 1 hour, you have to pay extra.”

“I hadn’t made an appointment as shifts at work makes it hard to plan absolutely every little thing, we had been to two shoe shops who wouldn’t see us without an appointment. Came here and we were seen almost straight away, we only needed two pairs of school shoes, the staff got the kids measured and showed us what they had in that size, kids liked them, I paid for them.
