Alison and Mark are great at what they do, they have both regularly cut my husband and sons' hair and do a great job. They have iPads if needed for the kids to keep them still, and always have a little treat for them at the end as a reward. I never felt confident to get treatment from them. Finally, I met Dr. Vaibhav Modgil and he explained to me clearly the reason behind the problem and how he can help us in planning a baby. He performed a surgical sperm retrieval (micro-TESE) for me and recovered a good amount of sperm for my wife's IVF/ICSI. I was also suffering from prepetual adhesions for which he performed a minor procedure to divide them and make them normal too. His confidence and patient-friendly approach made us feel overwhelmed. “I booked an MOT and a mini service. Wow, what can I say. Amazing service and the staff are just simply lovely and went the extra mile for me. I cannot express the kindest and helpful support I received. I was offered a curtesy car to get to work whilst my car was getting serviced. I have to say I have never received such kind help and greetings with a smile. We even had a good chat afterwards and the monarchy haha. I will not be going elsewhere else for any service again for my car. If I could give 6 stars instead of 5 I would. Highly recommended and trustworthy. “This place knows how to do haircuts. I walk in and it's packed in the middle of a week day.. always a good sign. Free beers and coffee available with welcoming smiles as you enter. However, ultimately it's the cut that matters and mine was excellent. Lots of effort and time was taken to get the best cut for me. I took pictures in with me. My hairdresser, think she was called Cas, was one of the coolest people I've met, let alone in a barber's. Great conversation but great attention to detail on my haircut. I think really affordable prices. Can't recommended enough. Well done everyone.”
