I have also seen the way a minority of customers speak to the staff and found it shocking what they have to put up with. I saw a guy once get very angry with them because he wanted parts at staff prices but didn't work for them and was an ex employee from another branch. I think the staff deserve a medal for putting up with people like this and shouldn't face the abuse they receive when just trying to do a job and made even more difficult with the covid restrictions. Keep up the hard work guys and try to brush off the nasty guys.”

Good communicators too - they call with updates and deliver on time which is significantly better service than we got from the main dealers and at a better price. I've had to call in a couple of times with an urgent need and they've looked after me while I waited and had me back on the road in no time. They will go the extra mile to look after us and in return they've earned our loyalty and recommendation.”
