“When I travel from Bolton to Hyde, occasionally I will visit Delhi Spice to have their Naga Rice Box. It is just a delight. On thr super hot side, but an amazing dish. Other friends and family members will try a variety and they always have only good things to say about the food. TBH, with the cost of living increase, I am pleasantly surprised by the amount of meat they pack into each meal, especially at those prices, it such a steal.”

“Had karachi curry ;) absolutely out of this worpd I would highly recommend this place the chicken was cooked to perfection :) they obviously care about there cooking :) only downside guy opened the gate and did not close it when he left!! That said the food was really really nice :)”

“Been here twice. Both times really enjoyed it. Cosy and friendly The service was fantastic the food and atmosphere was great with the chill out music. I had afternoon tea the first time which was lovely and the vegan wrap and home made soup second time. Really good value for money and very tasty. Little gem in Gee Cross.will be going again soon”

“Everything was amazing. The food was lovely. The service was excellent. The restaurant was clean and inviting. I have to say that Adam was lovely. He is a credit to the pub. For such a young lad to chat to us all (and we're different ages) was refreshing. It was great chatting to him. It was such a special evening. If we lived locally (we live in Plymouth) we would certainly frequent the pub more often.”

“Food was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only let down is the size of the restaurant and the difficulty of fitting large groups in i.e. 12 or more. The tables have to be situated around a pillar that splits the group up and makes it difficult to get out from the table to get to the toilet. But if you are only a small group or a couple then you won't have any of the seating issues. All in all a really nice place with great food and a pleasant atmosphere.”

“Lovely staff in the cafe. In fact I wouldn’t call it a a cafe. I would call it a cafe I wold call it an restaurafe. The only down side was our drinks ( mine an extra hot cappuccino) was sat waiting for the waitress to take it to me. Therefore, it was cold when it reached our table. We were very close too where they make the coffee. The food was lovely and I was provided with with a bag for the other half of the wrap I couldn’t eat so I could take home. The Butcher’s had an amazing array of meat. The steak beef burgers that I bought were the best that I have ever tasted. The young lad that served me was very knowledgeable too. The staff in the grocery department were brilliant too especially when I asked the lady for ‘a quarter’ of pear drops ( I’m old school at 53) she didn’t bat an eyelid and gave me my (quarter) of sweets. What can I say? 24ct gold service.”

“came last night for a meal with friend. 10 of us had carvery which was fresh and meats were cooked perfectly. 5 of us had the normal menu a mixture of steak dishes and chicken all came out hot and fresh steaks cooked perfectly to what we asked for. The pub has really changed since we last visited much nicer inside. The staff were great and really helpful and friendly thank you for our great girls night out.”

“Ordered from here twice now, both times the food was exceptional. Honestly don't know how anyone can leave a negative review for the place. Lots of veggies and fresh fish. The food is very tasty and authentic. The fish cakes are excellent and can definitely tell they are homemade, a lot of Thai restaurant/takeaways just buy these in bulk. The food was delivered quickly and piping hot by a friendly delivery man. A firm favourite of ours.”

“First time I've ordered from there. I ordered a Abdul special pizza for my lad who absolutely loved it said it was 1 of the best pizzas he has had. And I ordered a Naga chicken curry with a couple of chapattis . It was just what I needed on a cold night like this beautiful flavours but with a good kick to it. Over all a very good first experience and would highly recommend it.”

“Found this place a couple of months ago and never looked back!!! It's not the usual type of place my wife and I normally go for food but we were on our way back from an Alice Cooper gig and it was one of the only places open. Had a chicken and donner naan and wow, taste sensation is an understatement, my wife had a spicy chicken burger, she said it was better than her normal chicken legend at McDonald's, high praise indeed because she's been resting that for years. We've never looked back since, the food is amazing value, portions are huge, this place is a real hidden gem. We've now taken to coming here on a regular basis as our guilty pleasure. Highly recommended and the staff are great too boot, go, you'll not be disappointed.”

“This is the best takeaway in the area by far, the salt & pepper ribs with onions are sooo meaty & tasty. Special fried rice with curry sauce is our favourite and you get a really good portion. Yummy. P.S My husband loves the prawn crackers too. , Brad was very helpful & pleasant, nice staff”
