“We always take the family pets a King Charles Spaniel and a English Bulldog (mostly for his nails) and they always do a fabulous job. The appointment reminder phone calls a day or two before hand are invaluable. As is the wait list for cancelled appointments on short notice. There is also a loyalty scheme in place too. The King Charles always comes home smelling nice, neatly trimmed and sometimes with a little bow or similar on his collar. He's happy too. Very busy place but Leanne does her best to get appointments to fit.”

She was handled so well as I was very concerned about her back, the ladies knew exactly what to do with her to keep her safe and get the job done. They were highly professional and so good with her, explaining to me what they were doing as they were doing it and let me watch which all helped me feel more comfortable with letting someone else handle her. Was so happy even booked her in for a groom as my groomers haven't opened. Even gave her a complimentary spritz so she smells wonderful until she gets groomed.”

“Honestly one of the best dog grooming services I’ve ever had from booking in which couldn’t have been easier, I found them on Instagram after them being recommended by a friend, their response time was fast and friendly! They had a pet shop to the front of the store which was nice to see with some amazing products and then the attention to detail with the bows and photo shoot at the end just topped it off.
