“After much talking with Cohens H/O, with Gabriella and then on to Mr David Wright, things have finally worked out at the Boston Spa branch who now have a shop manager called Liam. I've wished Liam well with his new role and spoke again with Gabriella, I think it's wonderful that after a short telephone call, all these wonderful changes have now taken effect, it's really lovely to know that you are listened to by a huge Pharmaceutical Group. Most people would think "oh don't bother calling them, they'll take no notice of what you have to say, they're a business afterall", this couldn't be further from the truth.
