“What can I say except an absolute EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. I ordered three throws but on receipt of them two were a slightly different colour due to the batch being different. I wanted a particular batch as I preferred it and spoke to them about it. The customer service team advised they had two of the batch I preferred and they happily sent me those two as well as a package and return label to send the other i didnt want back at no cost to me. Now if that isn't great customer service then I dont know what is. They cared almost as if I was family. I am very happy with the blankets and they look beautiful on the sofa even my husband say they looks amazing and he never tends to care about anything decornin the house. “Thanks to theese guys I got back to Scotland . We just came back from holiday using Manchester Airport. On arrival I had a flat tyre ..got some air in it until I could find a place to fix .. theese guys were the 3rd place I visited others couldn't fix or help .. discovered the tyre had 3 punctures and not repairable.... but they had me back on the road within 30 mins.. very polite and helpful glad I found them when I did .. . Back home safe and sound now .. cheers .”
