“My daughter, Faye, is due to attend her 4th lesson with Rob at Marple Gracie Jiu Jitsu this Friday. Although it's technically challenging with a lot of information to absorb, especially considering she has only just turned 7 years old in February; she has really started to pick up the techniques Rob has shown her and put them into practice with the other children. During the week until the next lesson, we practice together to reinforce Robs teaching. Robs teaching is set at a good pace with each pair of children receiving a fair amount of individual time with Rob to help them develop the proper technique. The children have welcomed Faye and made her feel at home. The older children in her class have been kind and patient when she hasn't understood something which is great. Great coach, awesome children and a fun, learning environment. Would definitely recommend!”

The staff are wonderful, willow joined from a year old and has learnt and developed so much. Piper has just recently joined and I was nervous about having to drop her off (during this pandemic) and not being able to see her react to being left alone. But with the help of the staff at Great Moor, I was instantly settled knowing that she was good and happy, Piper loves coming to nursery and her skills have progressed so much since going. “Managed to get my seatbelt stuck the day before a long journey, and despite not having an appointment they were happy to have a look at it for me. Was obviously a busy day as there were a lot of cars there yet no complaints about looking at it. Fixed it in minutes whilst being super friendly. Everyone was really nice, including the dog in reception who came to say hello! Have used this garage for servicing and wouldn’t ever go anywhere else now.”

“Honest and genuine service. I took my car in repeatedly for something I stupidly thought was an issue (which wasn't) and lucked out taking it here. Whilst many places would have either taken advantage and invented work, or charged through the nose for even looking at it, the gent here didn't even want to bill me for his time and patience. Gladly took it back for a real problem later on and got it sorted out quickly, at a good price. Wouldn't ever consider going anywhere else in future. Excellent service, really nice guys. 10/10”

“Did our tour Saturday morning, Gary the tour guide was brilliant and really entertaining, right balance of humour and information, the brewery has the historical and brand new brewing equipment which makes it stand out as a great tour, we finished off in the Arden Arms to sample some of the drinks we heard about. Sad to hear the Unicorn Brewery is moving to new premises and from April next year these tours will not continue.”
