Lots of activities such as foot ball, yoga, phonics and nursery rhymes just what every child loves. The staff are amazing and have helped my son come on leaps and bounds since he started. Lee is a credit to the nursery and absolutely fabulous with zachary. My little boy talks about him so much as well as dawn. I will be sad when my little boy starts school and no longer attends here as he loves it that much. I was worried when he first started about leaving him but there was no need as each and every member of staff goes above and beyond to make the children feel settled and welcomed. “Lovely country park, nice walk around the duck ponds and up to the waterfall, the forest is lovely to explore too. Parking ok, it gets busy at weekends and school holidays but we usually always manage to park up, there are toilets on both ends of the park which is handy with small kids, the cafe is nice too, reasonably priced and good selection. We usually buy duck food from the cafe to feed the ducks with.”

“Absolutely love Strinesdale foot paths and 2 large Reservoir's that allow fishing. It also has free parking and is that vast of a space you can walk round it and not bump in to anyone. Strinesdale also has a few picnic areas and amazing views out to the Pennines. There are 3 different routes you can take for that casual stroll or if you are looking to explore of the beat and track you can end up right in the hills and come out at a little farm house. All in all this is one of my favourite places to walk my dog and would recommend it to anyone.”

“The place delivers what it promises. If you want to have cheap chicken wings, this is your place. If you want to have cheap AND SPICY chicken wings. This is absolutely the place to be. I took 5 of the spiciest wings. I had to order milk after eating 2. The cocktails are quite good too.”

“Saw Roxy Music here, very good staffing and signage to find our seats and the other facilities for food and merchandise. We parked at the Printworks which is a few minutes walk away, but is quicker to get out of than the Arena car park when there is a big concert. The seats are okay but the legroom is not massive if you are a bit taller, so maybe consider getting a seat at the front of the block if so. I booked my tickets on Ticketmaster which was very good, I could check out where the seats were and even what the view would be like. I went for seats in block 210 row B, so up towards the back, and I was glad the screens were very good, because I couldn't really see what was going on on the stage very clearly, but then, I don't have brilliant eyesight so it might be me. The sound was very good, properly loud and dynamic, but not so much that my ears were left ringing like some gigs I've been to in small clubs. Overall, a modern venue, professionally run, and well designed.”
