She’s incredible and should charge extra for therapy sessions... she has become a friend to me, her customer service is THAT good. Lidia has also done teeth whitening and she made both me and my boyfriend feel very comfortable. The salon has a great atmosphere and is super friendly. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. “OMG so I have had Botox and filler (lips) on a few occasions but I’ve never had the amazing service from any other practitioner than Adam! I first went in to get my lip filler dissolved due to just not being happy with it (done with another practitioner). Adam immediately put me at ease and I felt supremely comfortable in his presence. He has an extremely calming vibe and this actually makes what could well be a scary experience into a really serene experience! I can’t recommend Adam enough and urge you to book an appointment if you are considering any of the treatments he offers. His practice is incredibly welcoming and comfortable. “Been with zero gravity since it's been open just over a year ago. I had never done anything like it before but it was the best decision I have ever made. The pole instructors are absolutely lovely and push you to your limits in a supportive way. I'm in a mixed ability class and despite us all being at different levels we always get a move to suit our ability. Joining made me more confident in my own strength and body as there is such a wide mix of ages and sizes. Would highly recommended this place to anyone who wants to take up pole fitness or just wants to try something new and different.”
