“This brewery outlet and restaurant has a pleasant green setting in Old Glossop with outdoor and indoor seating, helpful staff and imaginative options on the menu, including vegan and veggie ones - a lot of the options are light bites rather than full meals, and of course there are the various house beers. The pictured jerk chicken dish really was divine and as you can see also nicely presented. I liked the chef's dedication and enthusiasm. It's worth going to try some dishes that are a bit different, even if you're not big on beer. On that topic, I haven't the heart to deduct a star for it, but it is a shame that no alcohol-free beer is on offer, and secondly, I once ordered a home-brewed 'Hefeweizen' which is a German-style wheat beer cloudy with yeast in it, and it was served lukewarm. Being firstly German and secondly a refreshing summer drink this type of beer absolutely needs to be consumed properly chilled!”

“Great relaxed place to go, love you can groom and put ribbons and clips in Baby. Good quality crayons to do the crafts and a interesting age appropriate Halloween activities. Ponies are lovely and staff friendly, caring and knowledge to both the children and ponies. A great safe place to go with our daughter and grandchildren.”

“This is a lovely park I highly recommend coming here for an afternoon out. The play area is small but perfect for small children. The park its self is beautiful, well kept and no litter. We met quit a few dog walkers who were all lovely. This park is definitely worth a visit we will certainly be coming back.”

“Friendly staff, plenty of slots for camping. Toilet and shower facilities were good and looked fairly recently refurbished. Only downside was that the road noise is extremely loud if you get placed at the bottom of the campsite, I’m sure it’s fine if you’re in a caravan but if you’re in a tent you’ll definitely hear it. Overall good experience and it’s well located for hikers and backpackers.”

We initially completed a one to one hypnobirthing course with Katie initially which was so informative and really helped us to prepare for the birth of our son. Katie was incredibly approachable and we felt we could ask her anything we were concerned about. She was also really flexible with dates and times to make sure it worked for us. We proceeded to have an additional one to one antenatal session where we could pick specific topics to cover to suit us. Katie really does provide all encompassing support which continued after the formal classes in particular helping us navigate our birth options with the NHS which is a minefield!
