“This was my second visit, and this time I decided to try the Kinoko Ramen. Even though it only contained veggies, the broth was rich and scrumptious. The shiitake mushrooms and tomatoes were not just cooked in the soup but also marinated and grilled, which add intensity and complexity to the flavor. Overall, I have no regrets about coming back to this restaurant and I am already hyped to go again.”

“An amazing experience! The inside is decorated beautiful, the staff were so friendly and attentive and the food was divine. We had the takoyaki and fried tofu to start. After this we had the sushi set 1 (mixed fish sushi selection) and vegetarian sushi set (mixed vegetables selection) which was incredibly yummy, fresh and looked beautiful! We finished our meal with ice cream mochi and pancakes. In total the price was beyond reasonable (think under £60 for 2 starters, 2 mains, 2 desserts and alcoholic drinks) Will definitely be back!”

“Sapporo Teppanyaki is a great place to dine. The food is delicious and a wide variety of items is available. From beef to lamb to fish to veggie options. They confirmed that the chicken and lamb is halal. The taste of their items is also very good. Sushi tastes great as well and so does their dessert. Booking is highly recommended if you want a place at one of the live cooking stations.”

“I went there for lunch. It was quick and quiet. They got lunch menu, great price for such lovely food. Dinning area is smaller than I thought but that remind me of those local businesses in Japan.”

“I have stayed in numerous hotels in Manchester however this is has got to be the best one I have stayed at so far! I recently stayed here for my friends birthday, the Guest Relations Manager was super accommodating and helped me setup my room for my friends birthday. She even kindly left a birthday card and small cake for my friend, thank you Viktorija. Exceptional 5 star service from all staff right from checking in right up until checking out and leaving the hotel. This was definitely a 5 star experience for myself and the welcome received from all staff was amazing. We had a small issue where our heating in the room was not working however the hotel accommodated promptly with a portable heater. Spa was also so beautiful and the overall look of the hotel is so aesthetically pleasing! 100% recommend this hotel, I don’t think I will book anywhere else now, it’s going to be my go to 5 star hotel. Can’t wait to be back! Thank you to all staff at The Edwardian this hotel is beautiful!!!!”

“Really nice restaurant. Great decor, polite and friendly staff who were very attentive to us. Food was delicious, the set menu offered a lot of food so great value for money. Lots of drink options and green tea ice-cream was really nice.”

“My first time at Yo Sushi! After ordering on the app, drinks/food is sent on the smart conveyor belt, stopping at your table. Neat! I got about 90% vegan dishes, and they were all delicious (see the pic I’ve uploaded). This is specific, but I absolutely love the nori. There were several things on the 99p Menu offering fantastic value.”

“Cannot fault this place at all. The manager welcomed us very happily into the restaurant and we were promptly assorted to our table which had plenty of space for our baby who was in a pram! This is always nice when they consider where they place you (not in the way). The tablet ordering system is very well established and the food and drink is delivered very quickly and amazingly now with robot servers with cat faces on the screens..this adds to the overall experience. The food (mainly sushi) was very very tasty! We have been before years ago but it seems to have improve since then. More taste and options for sushi. The crunchy rolls were great :D Now it was a pre-celebration for our wedding and they played a congratulations song on the system and brought out a cute little plate with a piece of dessert with a candle and a congratulations written on the plate. It's not the cheapest place to go and some of the staff are pretty miserable (not the bar man or manager) just the staff who clear tables and bring some of the food items. To also add a compulsory service charge when this is the case does leave a little bit of a sour taste in your mouth. But saying all this our experience was on the most part great and we will return soon.”

“Super friendly staff, the chef is a sushi chef from Samsi and has over a decade of experience. Everything on the counter was between £4-10 - Reasonably priced and super fresh. Couldn’t recommend more, happy they are in the market!”

“Hidden gem. Small place on fringe of Bolton Centre. Had a delicious miso soup plus spicy salmon w salad and rice. Nice portion size and good vfm. Very friendly staff. I will be back as lots on menu that looks mouth-watering!”

“Went for a quick dinner tonight and it was great. The curry broth is super tasty, the fried chicken was amazing (like it was back when it was peck and yard, really) and the BBQ pork was lovely as well. Super service as well! We'll definitely be back”

“First visit for a few years and just as good as ever! Felt perfectly comfortable as a solo diner and noticed that there is wheelchair access to the side of the front verandah but only loo that I saw was downstairs.”

“This was our first time here, but not our first teppen-yaki experience. From the moment we arrived Jason was the perfect host explaining the menu and taking into account my wife's dietary requirements. We ordered the fish and meat set menu. When the chef arrived the entertainment began, and what a showman as well as cooking the food he kept us entertained throughout our dining experience, he even asked how we would like the steak and lamb cooked. This won't be our last visit. Highly recommend.”
