The teacher's understanding and knowledge around trauma and how to safely support someone through Trauma Informed Yoga in their healing is outstanding. The course is set up with a perfect blend of self-enquiry and reflection, practical sessions and theory. I particularly liked the triad work in-between sessions as it gives us a chance to apply what we've learned as well as direct feedback from the other students. Thanks to all teachers for a very valuable course and their compassion and support throughout the course. I will take what I've learned not just into my TIY sessions but all my modalities.
