“I'm currently on the 100 hour TIY training. It's a very intense, in-depth course and very well thought through. The teacher's understanding and knowledge around trauma and how to safely support someone through Trauma Informed Yoga in their healing is outstanding. The course is set up with a perfect blend of self-enquiry and reflection, practical sessions and theory. I particularly liked the triad work in-between sessions as it gives us a chance to apply what we've learned as well as direct feedback from the other students. Thanks to all teachers for a very valuable course and their compassion and support throughout the course. I will take what I've learned not just into my TIY sessions but all my modalities. I can highly recommend this course.”

As other reviews have mentioned, there was a lot of noise at night from trains and people out on the town (this isn't something that bothered us personally and is to be expected for the location). “I was given a freestanding graft punching bag as a gift,that I actually really wanted, I unpacked it a year later, as I was moving house and needed to make room, it came with the wrong base wasn't sure if graft now would replace it because it had been at least a year, but to my surprise they said that they would replace it for the next day at no cost!!! and true to their word parcel force delivered the next afternoon, Excellent service, quality product, friendly staff, Brilliant company I would highly recommend, ps and they arranged collection for incorrect base at my convenience. I could not ask for more!!!”
