“The dog walkers are brilliant, I can’t recommend them enough. We have a rescue dog and he was a handful when we took him out for walks but with a lot of help (and perseverance) from Viv and Darren he’s now a joy to walk. He gets so excited when they come to pick him up and it’s obvious Darren & Viv care massively for the dogs they walk. Professional service with great people, I highly recommend”

“Janice is simply amazing. I have lots of Counselling and EFT with Janice because of my job role and previous triggers from my past. She has helped me increase my confidence, explore and sort my past issues and triggers in a safe and confidential environment. Some of these triggers where around food and I have now, with the help of Janice, managed to examine and sort out my relationship with food. Which has helped me increase my confidence and of course loose that weight. I can also now walk into a dentist's without anyone with me (This was a huge thing for me). That fear and being triggered by the dentist has now just gone and its a HUGE freedom! “Joined this gp at the beginning of the pandemic with my son and New born daughter. They have given us the upmost best care possible. They always go above and beyond, deal with matters promptly and I have never struggled to get help immediately. Given the strain on gp practices currently this hasn't dimmed the level of care this practice gives. “Having had 2 pair of hearing aids in the past, I decided I did not want to pay £3000+ again and asked my gp to go NHS. My referral gave me two choices , I chose Beacon medical group. I was assessed within 2 weeks and fitted with new hearing aids a week later. As I said despite paying privately in the past I almost always had a level of irritation which never really went away and that was the biggest disincentive to wearing hearing aids ! The NHS audiologist was quite thorough and although only time will tell , my hearing aids were comfortable right from the start ! I would recommend the Beacon med. services and my audiologist to anyone .”

“I am relatively new to this practice, but they were very supportive and helpful at my time of serious need. All the staff have been great, I have learned a lot, since what has happened to me, that there are people who are much worse off than ourselves, even if we are having a very difficult time. You may not realise what is going on in the background, or how they are looking after people in a dignified respectful way. Nothing is perfect, but in my experience, the staff and doctors, have done everything to sort things out for me. I may not be finished with their help and support yet, but I truly thankful.”
