Teaching kids and adults classes with the focus on self defence, fitness and becoming mentally the best person you can be. Best decision we've made as a family was to bring our son along. He was shy, had emotional issues and lacked any confidence. Two and a half years on he's British and European Kickboxing Champion and Qualified for 3 England teams this year. “Just passed the place and it was quite so I popped in for a much needed trim. Place was clean and stylish, was warmly greeted by a friendly young lad who did exactly what I wanted. Took his time and kept checking to make sure I was happy with his work. Had a brief friendly chat too. Price was also very fair and reasonable and definitely worth it. “Would 100% recommend, I went in on Sunday morning to get my hair cut and it was my first time here... As you will all know trying somewhere new after going to the same place for years is hard but the owner made me feel incredibly welcome, he knew his stuff and was very friendly. One thing that stood out to me was that when other customers came in he explained the rough wait time to them, offering them a drink and continued to take his time on my cut, he didn't speed up or try to rush and made sure I was 100% happy.
