The owner said to me "Fiiiive????" and I said yes, and then he questioned me again before telling me that in his opinion that was too short and that a scissor cut would look better. I went with his suggestion, but I'm sure if I had said I wanted it, he would have done it. I have always asked hairdressers for their opinion on my hair but they never want to give it, so I appreciated this. The attention to detail is great - guy clearly knows his hair too. And the treatments are fairly priced. I came to Amy after a recommendation from a friend. I’d previously had a bad experience from a different clinic, being left with serious burns (which is very rare and due to bad practise). Amy took extra time during the initial consultation to fully understand the lasting affects I was suffering with and totally reassured me.
