We had an issue with missing items on delivery as the driver didn’t drop it off and they soon got us a replacement ready and treated us to some ice cream for the issue. The Certificates have just been received only a couple days after the course took place with the accreditation of the chartered institute of environemental health! Now i wont have to do anymore training for the next three years. The also gave me a kitchen inspection service and wrote me up a report so I can keep ontop of hygiene. Its been a pleasure dealing with these people.”
