“I was a bit surprised years ago when what had previously been a pet supplies shop among other things, reopened as a pharmacy. I was even more surprised to find that instead of the normal shop keeping hours of others, they were open from 7am to 10pm. I felt that sort of service deserved support and have never used any of their competitors since. They are a lot busier these days but service is faultless and they are proactively helpful. Brilliant.”

“We have been with White Cross Vets in Walkden years now, they were amazing when my cat got attacked the vet actually drove us in his own car to the animal hospital as she needed to be admitted. Unfortunately she passed away at the hospital and someone from White Cross rang me a couple of days later to say sorry and they sent us a card. I had a 15 year old dog called Benson which I adopted when he was 11, they were outstanding with him from the minute I got him. When I had to have him PTS they were so caring and patient because I was a mess, the vet lay on the floor with me and Benson as he didn’t like being up high, so the vet suggested laying on the floor with his blanket she made one of the hardest things I’ve ever done so calming and not scary for Benson. We now have 3 cats and a dog and each of them get amazing care from them. The only thing I don’t like is the Emergency out of hours vets they use, as I have had 1 phone call to them and all they were bothered about was talking about money, I was asking for advise over the phone and they refused to give any saying they can’t do that. I did raise this with white cross afterwards when they were back open. Thank you everyone at White Cross in Walkden”

Beech Road pharmacy were polite, helpful and efficient especially as one of my items is not stocked by most pharmacies and needs ordering but I put my prescription in at 2pm and all my items were ready for 11am as promised the next day . I have nominated you as my pharmacy, thank you for your help and 5* service. As these are my current regular medications I hope if I speak with you ahead of time you will be able to have all my items in stock next time.”
