“My husband visited the Burnley clinic after having severe sciatica pain for several weeks. He was able to book a fast appointment within a few days. The service was fantastic from start to finish. Dr Akhtar was very professional and put him at ease. He was very thorough and got straight to the problem which was a slipped disc on the sciatic nerve. After the initial consultation my husband went back for a spinal injection. He found it was better to have a few days rest off work to enable recovery. Bed rest and gentle excercises every hour helped. We would definitely recommend Dr Akhtar and his team. Thank you”

The teacher's understanding and knowledge around trauma and how to safely support someone through Trauma Informed Yoga in their healing is outstanding. The course is set up with a perfect blend of self-enquiry and reflection, practical sessions and theory. I particularly liked the triad work in-between sessions as it gives us a chance to apply what we've learned as well as direct feedback from the other students. I cannot fault my experience there, from the lovely ladies on reception, to Amy the dentist and her assistants, the level of care, compassion and understanding of my needs has been exceptional. I am now registered with her and have been speedily referred to an oral surgeon for some of the work and we have a plan to move forward and sort the rest of my teeth too! My phobia is far from cured but this is the first positive experience with a dentist in a long time, hence the review!”
