“Both girls on reception (Shauna and Sara) made me feel very welcome and helped to put my mind at rest. Both were friendly and polite. When it comes to the dentist I have major anxiety. Today I saw Qasim. He could see how nervous I was and really was fantastic! Unfortunately I couldn’t have the X-rays due to my anxiety but not once did he pressurise me. The patience he had was amazing. Couldn’t meet a nicer bloke! All a credit to the practice.”

“I relocated to Macclesfield and had to find a new dentist for the whole family. Synergy were mentioned to me as looking for new patients. They have been fabulous from start to finish. Accommodating us all and being very flexible with my daughter who is away at uni and studying abroad. They are efficient with updates and reminders and friendly when you meet them. I couldn't recommend them more highly.”

“My gorgeous dog has been poorly and we have been unable to get to the bottom of it. Anyway she had a really difficult operation yesterday. I’m so grateful to Alex for his treatment. My girl is fine the next day. Eating and drinking as if nothing had happened. What stars, both Alex and my dog.”

We took our fur baby Dillan at around 3am in an emergency who was in a lot of pain, the male vet that took care of him was so caring and empathetic, and sadly we had to say goodbye to him that night. The whole ordeal was made that bit easier on us, as we knew he was in good hands. We can't thank you guys enough. These vets really care about the animals in their care.”

“Sadly on Saturday evening. I recieved a call from the vets. Saying my cat had been in an rta and sadly had passed away. I was distraught. Cannot thank the staff who let me go and see him. Such care was taken to keep his dignity. Unfortunately the car did not stop. But a lovely couple( I was told) took him in I can't thank you all enough you gave me chance to go and see him. We have buried him in our garden. Once again. Thankyou all for your kindness”

“Nice pleasant gym/spa with a swimming pool and squash courts could do with a cafe as a way of bringing in more money for them as its charitable run .very friendly staff with a good range of classes from keep fit to yoga and self defence .”

The staff was a delight, Laura in the spa could not have been more helpful and pleasant if she tried, Christian the GM was so kind and welcoming and the staff in the restaurants went above and beyond. The property was beautiful and I left with the commitment to return as soon as possible. I 100% recommend staying at Mottram Hall and enjoying everything they have to offer. Wonderful property, amazing food, incredible staff and overall fantastic experience. A massive thank you to everyone at Mottram, I will be back!”

“Quick overview for three night stay with young child. Very helpful & efficient reception/check-in. Beautiful, clean, warm, well serviced bedroom. The only hot food available is bar food in the cafe. Such a let down! The little one largely only eats pasta & they ran out..crisis! Fabulous health club…surely the Spa bath is the most perfect in the country? Big, v warm, comfortable, sublime setup inc lighting/setting. Overall strongly recommend.”
