“I came to the classes to improve my flexibity and general health and boy have I done that. Classes are expertly led, with a view to safety (it's harder than it looks, and some muscles get stretched that haven't been stretched for a while...). The classes are a mix of ages and backgrounds, so very supportive and a nice group.”

“Lovely friendly staff. Daughters swimming teacher Fran is awsome with her encouraging and engaging and pushes her when needed. Only issue is with the selfish people who leave their belongings in the cubicles rather than using the lockers of which is there plenty my daughter is a teenager and body aware so prefers to be in a cubicle rather than the shared changing room area.”

“I came to this dentist after a week of excruciating pain. From the moment I walked in I found the care was fantastic. The lady on reception was lovely. I told her I was so much pain, she got me some water with glucose and paracetamol. The dentist saw me as soon as he could after hearing the pain I was in. I wasn’t due till 2.30 but he numbed me and done the X-ray at 2pm. He took me out of pain within the 1 hour and did a marvellous job. I cannot thank him and his team enough. I highly recommend this dentist for those who are in so much pain. Thank you so much for sorting me out.”

He has helped with both pain management and anxieties, and I look forward to every treatment, knowing I will feel fully re-energised and refocused. Always a great sleep afterwards too. “I took my BMW to Andrews Autos after it developed an issue with the engine. Unfortunately the issue was something that needed to be fixed at a BMW specialist but the service was great, I brought it in on the off chance they could look that day, which they did for me straightaway. Only issue I've ever had was when they wanted to do something fancy with my hair but the owner explained what I wanted to the enthusiastic barber and I got my simple cut.”
